American Lake Credit Union is excited to offer Online and Mobile Banking 2.0!
Your existing login credentials (User ID and Password) will continue to work and for authentication, you will receive a One-Time-Passcode (OTP) via SMS Text, E-Mail or Phone Call. You'll be asked to change your password upon logging in. Please be sure that we have your current contact information to ensure a seamless login experience. Never provide One-Time-Passcodes (OTP) or your password to anyone via Phone, Text or Email and only use it for yourself when you are logging into or navigating Online or Mobile Banking. American Lake CU will never ask you over the phone, via text or via Email for this OTP or your password.
Our members have been asking for more features, such as Remote Deposit Capture, Mobile Bill Pay, eStatement on the Mobile App and easier, yet secure, login capabilities. We've been listening and have made a lot of improvements in the 2.0 version to make managing your accounts more convenient and secure.
It's important for our members to know that these improvements are only to how you will interact with Online and Mobile Banking. None of our other systems are impacted by this, all your account and login information remain the same and any downtime in Online and Mobile Banking during the roll-out of these improvements will not impact any of our other systems (ie. your Debit and Credit MasterCard and direct deposits are not impacted by this).
