The Credit Union 'Audio Response' is a FREE service that allows you to perform
common transactions on your touch-tone phone. The following services are available
24 hours a day, seven days a week:
Verify current savings, checking, loan and IRA balances.
- Transfer funds between accounts.
- Make payments of American Lake Credit Union loans.
- Make withdrawals from your checking or savings account's) and
have the funds sent to you.
- Re-order checks.
- Verify that a check has cleared your account.
- Verify the date and amount of your most recent Direct Deposit
or payroll deduction.
If you’re away from home and need Credit Union services, we
can help. American Lake Credit Union is part of a shared-branching
network that knows convenience is what you want.
Shared branching allows you to conduct transactions just as you would
at your own Credit Union. So whether you’re away from home
on vacation or business or away from home because of one of life’s
shakeups, there are many credit unions willing to help you when we
can’t.

This FREE card is used at millions of locations just like an ordinary
Visa card, except your purchases are deducted from your checking
account without interest, finance charges or annual fees. It can
also be used at any Point of Sale (POS) location to purchase everything
from automobiles to Zantacs.

The Direct Deposit program (a FREE service) allows your employer
to deposit your paycheck directly into your American Lake Credit
Union account. The program is excellent for any type of check you
receive on a regular basis like social security or retirement benefits.
Using Direct Deposit is easy and efficient, especially when you
use the right routing and transit number (R&T) and your correct
account number.
Our R&T number is: 3251 8284 9
Your account number is from 2 to 5 digits long. It appears on your
statement or membership card. It is also contained in the number
at the bottom of your checks. Using that entire number may cause
delays or rejection. When in doubt, call us and we will help you
with the right numbers.
